APPRENTICESHIPS
Austal Australia has a long-standing commitment to developing and retaining world-class tradespeople, which is reflected in our award-winning training record. Over 100 apprentices are currently learning and developing their trades from some of the world’s best shipbuilders at Austal Australia's Henderson and Naval Base (WA) shipyards.

AUSTAL GRADUATE PROGRAM (AGP)
Kickstart your engineering career with the Austal Graduate Program, a dynamic two-year experience designed to propel you into the world of engineering. As a Graduate, you'll dive into real projects, gaining practical experience as a Project Engineer. You'll alternate between on-site work and office tasks, collaborating closely with your team to master project delivery and management.
No matter your discipline - Electrical, Mechanical, or another field - you'll gain valuable insights into all facets of project engineering. You'll engage with production, project management and design, providing a comprehensive view of how each contributes to our overall success. Our program is designed to nurture your talent by providing opportunities to work alongside industry leaders.
